How do I join the ResearchArchives.Com Library?
A:
You can join by opening a membership account. You
have three level of membership to choose from.
Basic. This
level allows a member to download 5 documents for US$89.
Intermediate. Allows a member
to download 15 documents for US$238.
Advanced. Allows a member
to download 35 documents for US$476.
At Join
the Library
Go to membership
registration page to activate an account.
Go to upgrade
membership page to upgrade an account.

Q:
How will I keep track of the
number of downloads still remaining on my account?
A:
After you download a document,
you will receive an email notification from us telling you how
many more document downloads are still available on your account.
If for any reason an email notification is lost, you may request
verification of your download status at help@ResearchArchives.Com.
Q:
What if I forgot my password?
A: You
will be prompted for your Login Name and Password after you
have selected a document to download. Click on the appropriate
hyperlink and supply us with your Login Name and email address.
We will then send your Password to your email address.
Q: What
type of personal information do I need to provide to register?
A:
We collect personal details
about you when you register as member of the ResearchArchives.Com
Library. Personal information such as your name, address,
email address and job title is required to fill out the registration
form.
We use this information to:
a. process membership applications
b. fulfill orders
c. correspond with members regarding the status of their
accounts
d. manage our relationship with our members.
Information we obtain from our members will
not be passed on to or shared with any third party. ResearchArchives.Com

How do I know that the document I'm getting is authentic?
A:
Documents posted at ResearchArchives.Com are public records,
having been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission or in the Courts of Law. They are provided
on an "as is" basis. Having said that, ResearchArchives.Com
does not give any guarantees as to their accuracy and reliability,
nor does it hold itself liable for any errors, inaccuracies,
omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or unauthenticity
of the documents.

What if a document I download has missing pages or unreadable
portions?
A:
Send us an email at documentor@ResearchArchives.Com
and supply us with the complete title of the document.
We will then forward the document to you by email.
Q:
Can I ask for replacement of a document that I have downloaded
and accidentally deleted from my system?
A:
Yes. Follow the steps you would take if you received
documents with missing or unreadable pages (see question above).

Are your archives secure?
A:
We make every effort to ensure that nonmembers are shut
off from obtaining access to the service that you, as a member,
pay hard-earned dollars for, or that any accidental exposure
occurs.

Can I ask ResearchArchives.Com for help to search for a
document?
A:
We welcome such requests. Our assistance extends
to locating documents not found on our Web site. We neither
promise a positive outcome nor determine how soon they get posted
on our site, but we strive to always meet the expectations of
